Aboriginal cave art. Preparation for Eucharist

REFLECTION
Who did this cave art? What motivated this person to take ochre powder and make designs on rock walls? Something happened deep in human consciousness, a new awareness and insight took place. This "something" needed to be externalized in the form of art, music, or dance. Attuned to the inner spark, the cave artist let loose the Spirit to further the evolution of all that is. And the Spirit of the Eucharist?

The same Spirit who evoked meaning and beauty from the original chaos of creation is once more reweaving the patterns within the evolving web of life. Our spiritual attunement to that Spirit is probably our single greatest resource for the transitions we experience, and our surest guide to the future opening up before us. Under the enduring wisdom of that Great Spirit, we venture forth.
