Let us come together

to overcome my fear.

Let us eat and drink

who we are and might become.

We carry within the world-heart.

I will break the rhythm of violence.

Come together, all of you,

for you are the hammer

that beats the heart into life.

You are the hammer, you are love.

One mind, you and I,

One heart, transformed.

Take and eat; drink as one.

Be washed for the task.

Break the violence.

Be one with me, as I am with you.

We are one.

I am your body.
